Is there a way for no-Facebookies to join?
ReplyDeleteYes - quoting from the event description: "We’ll be streaming the tech talk live from the ‘Facebook Live’ tab at 7pm PDT! (http://www.facebook.com/FacebookLive) We invite you to ask questions via the ‘Ask A Question’ button (you can do so both in advance and during the Tech Talk)."
ReplyDeleteHowever, this is at 3am in Germany. I hope there will be a recording.
Are you going to be going to PG West?
ReplyDeleteYes. I expect to be there on Thursday. Are you the Rob speaking on Thu at PGWest? I hope to attend that talk and the talks by Greg Smith and Robert Treat. Domas of Wikipedia/Facebook/MySQL fame might also attend.
ReplyDeleteLenz - as far as I can tell events can be viewed at a later time. See http://apps.facebook.com/facebooklive/events.php
ReplyDeleteThe recording is at http://livestre.am/rIpq
